Learn how to prepare your own Peruvian cuisine with local ingredients
Today we will start with a guided visit to one of Lima´s local markets in order to learn about the variety of products and ingredients we have in Peru, then your trip experience continues with the cooking class directed by our specialized chef.
Itinerary:

Day1 - Peruvian Cuisine Experience: Visit Traditional Market – Cooking Class
08:30 am, pick up from your selected hotel in Lima and Transfer to the local market to meet with the group and the guide.
Today we will start with a guided visit to one of Lima´s local markets in order to learn about the variety of products and ingredients we have in Peru, then your trip experience continues with the cooking class directed by our specialized chef.
This class can be done vegetarian and vegan on request.
Course one: CAUSA RELLENA - Mashed potatoes with lime and mild chili paste stuffed with chicken and avocado.
Course two: CEVICHE - Cured fish salad with corn and sweet potatoes.
Course tree: LOMO SALTADO - Sauteed beef, onion, and tomatoes with rice and yellow potato fries.
Course four: PICARONES - Fried pumpkin - sweet potato dough with molasses. After enjoying your lunch, you will return to your hotel on your own.
Note: If your hotel is located a bit far from Miraflores, please ask the chef in order to help you catch a taxi.
