Day1 - International Arrival in Lima
On your landing in Lima, you will be welcomed by our staff with a sign of Go Get Peru and your name, then you will be escorted to your hotel located in Miraflores district; today no planned activities. If you arrive in the morning use the rest of the day to walk through Miraflores, we recommend walk by Larcomar and enjoy the view to the Pacific Ocean, then by Parque del Amor.

Day2 - Peruvian Cuisine Experience: Street food and old taverns in the historic center of Lima
This 4-hour food tour in Lima will allow you to discover the Historic Center of Lima, including the Central Market, which is the largest market in Lima.
Free morning to relax in the afternoon at 1:00 pm pick up from your hotel, then your guide will take you to a variety of places full of locals, allowing you to connect with the true and authentic way to stimulate your taste buds in this part of the Peruvian capital.
As you stroll through the history-filled streets of Downtown Lima, you'll have the chance to taste typical street food and visit two taverns popular with locals. In them you will find a wide variety of tasty snacks and drinks that are widely consumed by locals but sometimes not as easy to get as tourists.
In addition to discovering new flavors, another important component of this food tour is discovering the history, cultural background, and current context associated with each bite. That's right, we're not just about "yummy" reactions, we're also aiming to create those "wow" and "oh cool" moments.

Day3 - Day 3 – Flight Lima to Arequipa free afternoon to relax
After breakfast in Lima, at a scheduled time pick up and transfer to the airport for your flight to Arequipa. Upon arrival and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the afternoon have a walk through the colonial center, like Santa Catalina a past colonial building, then short 30 minutes walking to reach Yanahuara neighborhood here you will have a sensational view of Arequipa and its volcano Misti.

Day4 - Colca Canyon Tour: Arequipa - Chivay with Overnight
Today after breakfast at the hotel we set out Colca Canyon Excursion by Chivay village. Feast your eyes on the magnificent views of the Misti, Chachani and Pichu Pichu volcanoes as you draw near National Reserve of “Pampa Cañahuas”. Upon reaching the reserve you can witness the wild Vicuñas, Llamas and Alpacas in their natural habitat. Our exploration continues to wasi (3800m/12460ft) where you will take pleasure in the natural rock formations with the Misti and Chachani volcanoes behind you. We will ascend further to a mountainous and splendid 4500m/14,760ft. height, passing “Tocra” on the way. The “highlight” of the tour will be “Pata Pampa” where you will stand at 4820m/15,810ft. Approaching the Chivay town (3651m/11,978ft.), you will be amazed at Colca Valley’s multicolored terraces. After lunch optional visit to La Calera hot springs, or just relax in your hotel.

Day5 - Chivay – Colca Valley – Condor Cross – Bus to Puno
The second day in Colca, after breakfast we will drive to Cross of the Condor, where you can see the largest Andean flying condors (largest in the western hemisphere). Then we will move on to visit Colca Valley in Cruz del Cóndor. This is the second deepest canyon on earth. Along the way back to Chivay we will have the chance to see the town of Pinchollo; as well as the “Antahuilque watching point” to view a marvelous terrace built 1500 years ago by the Collagua civilization. Another stopover will be at viewpoints “Choquetico” and “Tumbas colgantes” which means ‘hanging tombs’. Our tour will progress with visits to the towns of Maca (shaken by an earthquake in 1991) and Yanque where you can see the most beautiful church of the valley. After arriving in Chivay again you can enjoy a hearty lunch at a local eatery. After we will take the bus to Puno journey will take around 6 hours. Upon arrival, reception, and transfer to your Hotel.

Day6 - Puno – Taquile Island – Lunch – Luquina community Homestay
Pick up from your hotel at around 07:00 am, we depart early by motorboat. Only 30 minutes ride we will reach Uros Floating Islands, an ancient people living on a series of artificial islands made from totora reed that grows in the lake itself. They are made by weaving the totora to form a natural mat, where the reeds grow the thickest. They build their homes on top and cook in the open air to prevent fires. After an hour you will continue to the island of Taquile, along the way, we will have some Aymara language lessons & more. We will arrive at this unique place in the most secluded section of the island. Apart from it being the least visited sector of Taquile Island, there is also a pristine sandy beach to enjoy. We will have at least 3 hours to explore this paradise including a 1-hour soft and gradual hike along a pre-Inca pathway with breathtaking landscapes. while members of the community show us their dances, textiles and other unique cultural expressions. Once we arrive the members of the community of Taquile will show us their dances, textiles and other unique cultural expressions, then we will continue to Luquina to enjoy our organic Lunch (Pachamanca the traditional food of the island). Then one of the members of the family in Luquina will escort you to the family house where you will spend the night, there we are welcomed by the friendly inhabitants and accommodated in a local family homestay. Take some time to learn about the local culture and in the late afternoon there is an optional hike to the top of a nearby hill for an unforgettable Titicaca sunset. After dinner enjoy a small celebration with traditional music and dances. Overnight at the Homestay; It has basic but comfortable facilities, good mattresses, blankets & sheets, sheets, clean toilet.

Day7 - Kayaking in Luquina – Lunch – Puno
After having breakfast at your family house, at around 9 am we will start walking to the base camp, at around 9:30 am we will begin with the security briefing and basic paddling instructions and help us the get on properly the kayak gear, flotation device, etc. Then we start paddling towards the tip of the Peninsula of Chucuito, from here it is possible to distinguish the high Bolivian snow-capped mountains at the other side of the Lake. Enjoying the cool lake breeze we continue paddling and at 11:30 am. reach a pristine sandy beach at the community of Karina. short break to enjoy the spectacular views. Then we start paddling again back to our base camp of Luquina, finally, we will walk to the family house, where the family will be waiting for us with a delicious lunch, later on, the boat will pass to pick you up and return back to Puno.

Day8 - Bus Puno to Cusco with Guided Tour
Breakfast in the hotel and private transfer to the bus station, bus departs Puno at 07:00 am, then enjoy the landscape while traveling by bus to Cusco. Along the way, you will stop in la Raya to take a short break, and enjoy the view to the snow mountain, and also we will stop in Sicuani town for our lunch in a local restaurant. Two more interesting places to visit still await us on this trip to Cusco, we visit Raqchi the Wiracocha Temple and have the guided tour, then Andahuaylillas chapel, known as the Sistine Chapel of América, finally at around 5: pm arrival to Cusco and private transfer to your hotel.

Day9 - Cusco Tour: The Cathedral – Koricancha – San Pedro Local Fruit Market - Sacsayhuaman
Pick up from your hotel at 09:00am; the tour is beginning in the Plaza de Armas of Cusco, you will enter the Cathedral of Cusco, the first Catholic church ordered to build on 1559, then continue towards the Temple of the Sun (known as Koricancha) on which the Santo Domingo Convent was built. Then we will continue to San Pedro Local Market, during this tour, you will be able to see different types of local products coming from the Andes, valleys, and the cloud forest of Cusco, which are sold fresh and organic, here you can interact with the vendors, also you can try fresh fruit and also natural juice.
After learning about the market's history as you explore rows of local produce, colorful fabrics, flower vendors, and shaman stalls, we will continue by our minivan to the famous park of Sacsayhuaman where you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Cusco. Sacsayhuaman boasts impressive Incan design and artwork with massive stones over 9 meters (30 feet) tall and weighing up to 125 tons, then we will get back to your hotel.

Day10 - Waqrapukara hike – Overnight in local Family house part of our project
Early Pick up from you Hotel at 05:00 am, then we will continue by our private van to Conchacalla community, where we will share a traditional and typical breakfast with a local family, we will have the opportunity to talk a bit about their activities, so we will see how they produce Andean cheese by traditional way, then we will continue our journey by car 40 more minutes till the hike start point, from here we will hike for around 2 hour and 20 minutes more or less. When you will see the first pictures of Waqrapukara, after 40 minutes downhill, you will barely trust your eyes. For the incredible landscape that you have in front of your eyes. That looks like the backdrop of a science fiction movie! this archaeological site is real and exists since Inca times, over 4,140 meters in an unreally beautiful landscape, along the trail you will have the privilege of being able to see vicuñas in their natural habitat, with a bit more luck we can see some condors flying over the sky. On this 6-hour hike, you will cross a 4,400-meter-high pass, wandering along Andean lagoons, past lush Ichu grass, once we get back we will go directly to T´umi community by our private van where our Dinner will be waiting for us ready, we will share an organic dinner with another local family.

Day11 - Rainbow Mountain Hike – Cusco
At 07:00 am after Breakfast with the family, we will continue our journey to Rainbow Mountain, which will take around 2 hours driving to get Fulawasi pata, the place from where we will start our hike for around 1 hour and 40 minutes to reach the top of the rainbow mountain. On our way up we will enjoy amazing landscapes and see alpacas and Llamas. After we get to the top of the mountain you will be able to appreciate the beauty of the mountain and its colors (5,020 m / 16,466 ft.). Here you will have time to explore the top of the mountain, take pictures and soak in the environment. We will spend approximately 30 – 50 minutes at the top before starting our hike downhill to the point we started. Then our private transport will take as to back to Cusco, of course on the way back we will stop to enjoy our lunch in one of the local restaurants. Tour will be ending in your Cusco hotel around 4 or 5 pm.

Day12 - Moray – Maras authentic quechua Village - Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes
Pick up at 08:00 a.m. by the guide and our private van to continue our journey through the colorful agriculture terraces of Chinchero towards the archaeological center of Moray. On the way, we will make some stops to appreciate the natural beauty that the Vilcanota mountain range offers us with its snowcapped mountains. Moray is famous for its sunken amphitheater, made up of four circular terraces, which appear to disappear into the earth like an artificial crater. The site was apparently an Inca agricultural research station designed for experimenting with crops at various altitudes, it is believed that the terraces, built over containing walls filled with fertile earth and watered by complex irrigation systems, enabled the Incas to grow more than 250 plant species. Continue to the impressive Maras salt pools formed by water emerging from a lake inside a mountain in the Urubamba Valley. An amazing view of evaporating ponds for the extraction of salt. Learn about ancestral techniques, which are still used, in agricultural, irrigation, and salt-recollection tasks, as well as in Andean festivals and rites.
Your next destinations will be the remains of Ollantaytambo Fortress and the Temple of the Sun, a mysteriously built structure with massive 12 foot (3.5m) tall stones.

Day13 - Short Inca Trail: Ollantaytambo – KM 104 – Machu Picchu
Early pick up from your hotel, then transfer to Ollantaytambo train station to board the train that will take you to Km. 104 or Chachabamba where the Short Inca Trail begins after the train drops us here we will go to the Inca Trail checkpoint. From here will begin our hike three hours hike with spectacular overlooks above the great valley, we will reach Wiñayhuayna Inca site, you will participate in the guided tour the guide will explain to you about the importance and the function that this place had in the Incan time. Time to relax and enjoy a delicious box-lunch that we will provide to you, after a short break we will continue our hike, here we will join with the Classic Inca Trail, following the Inca Trail we will reach Gate of the Sun here we will catch the first breathtaking view of Machu Picchu. After enjoying the landscape around Machu Picchu and taking some pictures we walk 50 more minutes to reach Machu Picchu Inca Site, during this trip you will have the privilege of seeing Machu Picchu in 2 versions at sunset and sunrise. this day not guided tour in Machu Picchu Inca Site, just we will pass to catch the bus down to Aguas Calientes town where we will spend the night in a Hotel

Day14 - Machu Picchu Tour – Back to Cusco
Excursion to Machu Picchu from Aguas Calientes: In the morning at the scheduled time the guide will be in your hotel to pick you up and escort you to the bus station, short ride 30 minutes up to reach the citadel of Machu Picchu. After the pass the control you will participate in a guided tour at your leisurely pace, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the most important preserved Intihuatana, the Royal Quarters, the room of the Three Windows and the temple of the Condor.
Optional climb to Huayna Picchu Mountain; from where you can appreciate the immensity of Machu Picchu, even more, amazing being high and distant (not included in the price): In the afternoon you will take the train back to Ollantaytambo, where you will be assisted by our staff and transfer to your Hotel in Cusco.

Day16 - Flight Cusco to Iquitos
Breakfast in the hotel, according to the flight schedule we will pick you up from your hotel and transfer to Cusco airport for your flight to Iquitos. The flight is not straight to Iquitos, Plane will stop in Lima, then continue to Iquitos. Upon arrival to Iquitos, assistance, and transfer to your Hotel in Iquitos town.

Day17 - Iquitos – Amazon Lodge – Yanamono Primary Reserve
After breakfast in your hotel, the guide will pass by your hotel to pick you up and you will be transferred to the Iquitos Port, where you will board one of our speedboats to take you to the Amazon Lodge along the Amazon River. During the boat ride observe the noticeable convergence of the brown turbid waters of the Amazon River with the dark waters of the Nanay River. Enjoy the impressive jungle landscapes with the rustic small houses of the riverside towns. Then have a short stopover in Monkey Island (in the dry season you will visit Fundo Pedrito), a family social enterprise focused on conserving and protecting endangered monkey species in the Northern Amazon. See the monkeys free in this reserve, not in cages. Their temporary stay here depends on their capability to adapt back to its jungle habitat after a 60-minute boat ride arrives at the Lodge where our staff will welcome you with an exotic jungle drink. Then check-in and settle in your room, at your leisure. Afterward, taste your first Amazonia cuisine lunch. In the afternoon, begin your first excursion: set out to a jungle hike into the Yanamono primary rainforest reserve, for approximately two hours accompanied by our expert guides. They will point out and identify several flora species such as heliconia flowers, medicinal plants, and giant trees. You will also have the chance to sight several birds species such as the Turkey Vulture (Cathartes Aura), Black Fronted Nanbird (Monasa-Atia), And with a little luck you will be able to view a family of small monkeys such as marmosets (Saguinus fusicollis), the Titi (Callicebus Mollock Mollock) and the Squirrel monkey (Saimiri Boliviense). Return to the lodge for rest and relaxation and be enthralled by your first, must-not-miss Amazon Sunset. As the darkness of evening comes around, take a boat ride along one of the Amazon River’s tributaries for an exciting evening in the jungle. With no lights, the jungle flora and fauna sparkle along the river´s edge. Your expert boat guide to take you to where you can appreciate and listen to the magical sounds of the jungle. If it is a clear night, you will see the bright magnificent moonlight, as well as observe the stars and constellations. With some luck, you can also see some falling stars which are quite common in the area. Then motor back to the Lodge to rest and relax for an early wake up the next day.

Day18 - Amazon Lodge – Bird Watching – Yaguas Community – Night Hike
Rise early for the Morning Bird Watching. In order to see the birds flocked together during their morning feeding time, you will start very early going by boat to one of the several streams to look out for a number of variety of Amazon birds. You will be looking out for birds such as the Tuki(Jacana Jacana), Ringed Kingfisher (Ceryle-torquata), Black-collared Hawk (Busarellus nigricollis), among others. Thereafter, you will return to the lodge for a scrumptious and energizing breakfast. Take a little rest, and then we will visit a riverside village to see an indigenous tribe of the Yaguas community where you will have the opportunity to learn and see their way of life along the Amazon River. See their homes, school, church, shops. Interact with the people, learn their techniques of fishing and farming. Observe their customs and tradition, and get enlightened by their unaffected and austere way of living. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you will set off to a Native Fishing expedition unto one of the small tributaries of the Amazon River. Learn the local techniques of fishing and for the most daring you can try to fish for Piranhas. If you are lucky you have your catch cooked for lunch, when you return to the Lodge. During this excursion, you can also have the opportunity to look out for the Pink River Dolphin (Inia Geoffrensis). In the evening, consider the Night Hike. Go on an enchanting evening trek within the secure periphery of the Lodge and you will witness the entrancing transformation from daytime to a night atmosphere. As you adjust to the dark environment you will appreciate the rainforest takes on a very different character and be aware of the existence and habits of nocturnal jungle animals. It’s the best time to see stunning tree frogs, shy snakes, and other rainforest creatures that only come out at night. Notice a range of completely distinctive fauna from the day as you listen to magical sounds of insects, birds, jungle cats, and night owls. Day19 - Native Community Immersion in a Riverside Town
Enjoy a delicious breakfast before we will board the boat towards a lake in Yanamono Island where you will be able to glimpse the Giant Water Lily, the Victoria Regia, the “Queen of water lilies”. Now renamed Victoria Amazonica, this native flora in the shallow waters of the Amazon River basin are mostly found in oxbow lakes and bayous. You may see some flowers that are white as they bloom on the first night some that have turned pink on the second night after blooming. They can grow to 40 cm in diameter and are pollinated by scarab beetles. Victoria Amazonica is well known for its huge circular leaves, which are often pictured with a small child sitting at the center of its leaf to display their size and strength. Return to the Lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, take a ten-minute boat ride on the Amazon River to a family farm for a Trapiche (roller-extracted sugar cane alcohol) Treat in a rustic sugar cane distillery located along the river. Watch how the locals' process sugar cane extracts using horses, and then ferment sugar juice in wooden casks for some time to turn to liquor production. Get a taste of the varied exotic beverages made from the sugar cane liquor and sugar by-products such as molasses. You may want to buy some to take home for yourself or as a gift

Enjoy a full breakfast before starting the rafting tour in the Amazon River. Quietly contemplate the richness of nature slowly and without the noise that scares off the animals and birds. Return to the Lodge for lunch and check-out.
